The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Loretto, Pennsylvania, intends to issue Solicitation No. 15B20825Q00000015 for the supply of dairy products. The resulting award will be a single firm-fixed price contract issued on an “all or none” basis; vendors must submit pricing for all line items to be considered for award.

This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 311999 with a small business size standard of 700 employees.
Award will be made to the responsible contractor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be most advantageous to the Government, considering price-related factors, past performance, and technical capability in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3).
The solicitation will be available on or about August 27, 2025, and will be distributed solely through the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://sam.gov/. Hard copies will not be provided. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site for the solicitation and any subsequent amendments.

Late submissions will not be accepted.
Quotes submitted via fax, hand delivery, handwritten documents, or mail will not be considered.
