Description
15B12225Q00000026 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constituted the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued.
Landfill Services.
Landfill services must be in close proximity (close proximity to be determined during evaluation process) to FCI McDowell; 101 Federal Dr.; Welch, WV 24801.
Price Must be quoted as a per ton rate.
FCI McDowell will be responsible for hauling the waste to the landfill.
Prospective vendor will be responsible for weighing the trucks in and out.
Prospective vendor will be responsible for providing the accounting office a detailed invoice for payment.
FCI McDowell is estimated to need services for approximately 750 tons of waste covering a period from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026.
