The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Miami, Florida, intends to issue a solicitation 15B30925Q00000001 for the requirements of Quarterly Subsistence/Spices/Kosher/Halal/Meat. The contractor shall adhere to the delivery schedule established in the solicitation. Estimated delivery date will be on or about, July 18, 2025 (see Delivery Schedule and Delivery Information Clauses). Deliveries will be made to the FCI Miami, 15801 SW 137th Ave, Miami, FL 33177. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311999. The solicitation is restricted to 100% small business, FOB Destination, and is a firm-fixed price contract. The Government will award to the responsible contractor(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors and past performance per FAR 13.106-2(b)(3). The solicitation will be available on or about/after June 13, 2025 and will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/.
