The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order resulting from a possible future solicitation for a project entitled FCI Phoenix - Replace UPS 24Z6AW4, located in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for the supplies and equipment required to replace/upgrade the uninterruptible back-up systems (UPS) in the Control Rooms of Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) and Mesa Housing Unit at FCI Phoenix. The requirement consists of Contractor will completely remove the existing UPS systems in the Control Rooms of FCI & Mesa Housing Unit and install new UPS systems in accordance with all manufacturer-s requirements, local/state/federal codes and the FBOP Technical Design Guidelines (TDG). All equipment shall be installed by contractor personnel. The supplies and equipment will be delivered to the FCI located in Phoenix, Arizona.

FCI Phoenix is a federally owned facility located at 37900 N 45th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85086. The contractor will provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals unless stated otherwise in the Statement of Work to replace/upgrade the uninterruptible back-up systems (UPS) in the Control Rooms of Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) and Mesa Housing Unit at FCI Phoenix.
