Quote Submission Requirements and Instructions
The information requested must be submitted by contractors and received on or before the solicitation response date and time. If any of the following information is not received, the Contracting Officer may elect to deem quotes non-compliant or request the required information from one or any of the contractors, whichever is most advantageous to the Government, at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
