This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Detention Center (FDC Houston) is issuing a solicitation, 15B51725Q00000012, for 3RD QTR FY 25 KOSHER line items. Shipping will be FOB Destination. Deliveries will be from April 1st, 2025, to April 18th, 2025. Deliveries will be made to the Food Service Warehouse at 15431 W. Vantage Parkway, Houston, Texas 77032. The Government reserves the right upon award to make single or multiple awards. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance.
