The proposal due date under this RFP is April 14, 2025, by 8 p.m., EST. Proposals received after that date and timemay be returned without any review by the FDIC.Proposals and amendments to proposals must be: (1) marked with the solicitation number and the name andaddress of the offeror, (2) submitted in an electronic media, and (3) delivered as specified below.Vendors shall complete and submit the Pricing Schedule, Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs, of thissolicitation, including a point of contact.Please submit price quotation to Raven Childs via email at ravchilds@fdic.gov.Quotations and amendments must be marked with the solicitation number and the company-s name, address andtelephone number, and contact person name and email address.Respondent must also submit the following:(a) Representations & Certifications(1) Complete and submit Section K - Representation, Certifications and Other Statements of Offerors(2) If applicable, complete and submit provision 7.1.3-1 Post Government Employment Certification (Pre-Award) -May 2009 (see Section L)(b) Software License, Maintenance, Support Agreements.(c) Pre-Award SCRM information as required under provision 7.1.2-03. See attachment J-1 for template.This solicitation does not commit the FDIC to award any contract or to pay any cost incurred related to theinformation requested, subsequent negotiations, etc. It is also the vendor-s responsibility to inform the FDIC of anypresent, pending, or possible future conflict of interest.Any exceptions to the terms and conditions of the solicitation should accompany the Price Quotation or the PastPerformance Information and Representations & Certifications.
