Federal Aid Project FEMA PW-5117, DTPW 2025-10, Repair of Multiple Damage Caused by Hurricane María on Highway PR-607, Utuado -----0----- Federal Aid Project FEMA PW-5117, DTPW NO. 2025-10, Repairs to Multiple Damages Caused by Huricane María on Road PR-607, Utuado The Auction Board of the Highways and Transportation Authority (the Authority) on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Public Works (the Department) will receive proposals in closed specifications for the contracting of the project above mentioned. This is in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 71-2021 and Administrative Bulletin No. OE-2022-031. Once the contract is awarded, the Department will execute the same with the selected Contractor and administer the same.The bidders They must file their proposals in the Office of the Auction Board located on the Eleventh (11) Floor of the Authority, on or before 2:00 pm on December 15, 2025. The proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud in a virtual meeting. (WEBEX) on December 16, 2025 at 10:00 am. An invitation to said meeting will be sent to anyone who has submitted their proposal so that they can connect to it. A pre-auction meeting will be held on November 21, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. It will be virtual. An invitation to such meeting will be sent to anyone who has registered with the Auction Board Office on or before the day before the pre-auction date. Attendance is not mandatory, although highly recommended.The estimated cost for the construction of this project is $9,900,000.00.
