Federal Aid Project ZP-18(17), AC-230057, CNT116565001801230057, Critical Repairs to Bridge No. 1016 on Avenida FD Roosevelt, Expreso Las Américas PR-18, Kilometer 1.1, Municipality of San Juan -----0----- Federal Aid Project ZP-18(17), AC-230057, CNT116565001801230057, Critical Finding Repairs to Bridge No. 1016 Over FD Roosevelt Avenue, Las Américas Expressway PR-18, Kilometer 1.1, Municipality of San Juan The Auction Board of the Highway and Transportation Authority (the Authority) will receive proposals in closed specifications for the contracting of the above-mentioned project. Bidders must file their proposals in the Office of the Auction Board located on the Eleventh Floor of the Authority, on or before 2:00 pm on December 4 2025. The proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud in a virtual meeting (WEBEX) on December 5, 2025, at 10:00 am. An invitation to said meeting will be sent to everyone who has submitted their proposal so that they can connect to the same. A non-mandatory pre-auction meeting will be held on November 6, 2025, at 2:00 pm. It will be virtual (Webex). An invitation to said meeting will be sent to anyone who has registered with the Estimates and Auctions Office in or before the day before the pre-auction date. All necessary information, as well as the contract and proposal documents, can be obtained at the Authority's Estimates and Auctions Office located on the 11th floor of the South Tower of the Center.
