Federal Aid Project ZP-779(1), AC-230002, CNT222323077902230002, Pavement Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Highway PR-779, Kilometers 0.0 to 10.86, Municipalities of Comerío, Barranquitas and Naranjito -----0----- Federal Aid Project ZP-779(1), AC- 230002, CNT222323077902230002, Pavement Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Highway PR-779, Kilometers 0.0 to 10.86, Municipalities of Comerío, Barranquitas & Naranjito The Auction Board of the Highway and Transportation Authority (the Authority) will receive proposals in closed specifications for the contracting of the above-mentioned project. Bidders must file their proposals in the Office of the Auction Board located on the Eleventh Floor of the Authority, on or before 2:00 pm on January 13, 2026. The proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud in a virtual meeting (Webex) on January 14, 2026, at 10:00 am. An invitation to said meeting will be sent to everyone who has submitted their proposal so that they can connect to the same. A non-mandatory pre-auction meeting will be held on December 8, 2025, at 2:00 pm. It will be virtual (Webex). An invitation to said meeting will be sent to anyone who has registered with the Estimates and Auctions Office in or before the day before the pre-auction date. All necessary information, as well as the contract and proposal documents, can be obtained at the Authority's Estimates and Auctions Office located on the 11th floor of the South Tower of the Center.
