Description
DLA-Aviation (DLA-AVN) issued solicitation SPE4A5-20-R-0150 which resulted in commercial contract SPE4AX-21-D-9407 which was awarded on June 28, 2021. DLA-AVN has determined a 1-year bridge of contract SPE4AX-21-D-9407 is necessary to allow sufficient time to solicit, evaluate and award the Hardware Acquisition Recompete-Customer Direct (HAR-CD) and Hardware Acquisition Recomplete-DLA Direct (HAR-DD) follow-on efforts. DLA-AVN is therefore planning to bridge contract SPE4AX-21-D-9407 via modification by revising the last day of the base period from June 30, 2026 until June 30, 2027. As the modification will extend the contract to the incumbent, Noble Supply and Logistics (Noble), CAGE 1HEN9, on a sole-source, unrestricted basis, a Justification and Approval (J&A) will be approved in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Place of performance is at Noble-s order fulfillment site below:
