Description:
Custom Group, LLC, Program Manager of the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration (PRPHA), will receive Sealed Bids from interested Bidders to complete the activities of Replacement of Roof Treatment System (114,940 sq ft), Exterior Painting of Buildings (208,716 sq ft), and Environmental Mitigation of Lead and Asbestos Material Content, for 20 residential buildings, 1 administration building, and 1 basketball court, among others, in accordance with the Bid Package instructions and requirements for the FEMA PW Disaster Recovery Program Repairs for Alejandrino Public Housing Development (RQ#005016) at San Juan, P.R.
