- CMS Engineering Services, PSC, Program Manager for the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration (PRPHA), will receive Sealed Bids from interested Bidders to complete the activities of Replacement of Roof Treatment System, Exterior Painting of Buildings, and Environmental Mitigation of Lead and Asbestos Material Content, among others, for two (2) residential buildings, as described below in accordance with the Bid Package instructions and requirements.(Approximate areas: Roof repairs - 11,035 sq. ft; Exterior paint - 35,510 sq. ft. The instructions and requirements (Bid Package) governing this procurement process, and other pertinent documents, will be available during the dates and business hours indicated above.
