Description
The purpose of this request for quote is to seek quotes for LCR-Offsite Backup Solution to support the FEMA Region VI Denton Campus.The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 33411 - Electronic Computer Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.This procurement will be evaluated under a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors shall be an authorized reseller or distributor of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) products and services. Offerors must include a current letter or certification from HPE or an HPE-authorized distributor confirming their authorization to sell the specific products and services listed in this RFQ. Failure to provide such documentation at the time of quote submission may render the offer technically unacceptable.The Government's range of affordability for this request does not exceed $38,000.00. The offeror is encouraged to submit pricing that is fair, reasonable, and within this anticipated funding range.The delivery terms for this request are 35 days after receipt of order.All questions shall be submitted to Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson via email at Destiny.Dyson@fema.dhs.gov no later than 8:00 AM CD on July 18, 2025.Offerors are required to reference the RFQ number 70FBR625Q00000038 in the subject line of all emails and on all submitted documents and correspondence related to this solicitation. Failure to properly reference the RFQ number may result in delayed processing or disqualification of the quote.The offeror shall submit their quote via email to Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson, via email at Destiny.Dyson@fema.dhs.gov no later than the 12:00 PM CD on July 29, 2025.
