FEMA Request for Proposal: 70FBR625R00000008 Hermit-s Peak/Calf Canyon Claims Review Technical Support
The purpose of this unrestricted solicitation is to request proposals for Technical Assistance in Support of the Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon Claims Office (Claims Office).
FEMA intends to issue one (1) Commercial Single award, T&M contract for the required services. The Government estimates a need for up to 350 technical personnel to be prepared to deploy to the Claims Office in support of expeditious and accurate processing of claims. Further details are included in the attached solicitation and SOW.
This Best Value competition will be conducted in two (2) phases, Phase I and Phase II.
- Questions (for Phase I and II) are due on May 20, 2025 by 12:00 PM ET (Questions received after the cutoff date may not be considered or receive a response),- Phase I proposals are due on June 2, 2025 by 1:00 PM ET,- Phase II proposals are due on June 13, 2025 by 1:00 PM ET,*The Government reserves the right to modify these dates/times.
The government anticipates award on or about July 1, 2025.
