  Contractor shall remove and replace approximately 800ft of woven wire fence and clear vegetation per specifications inaccordance with the attached scope of work.
  The contractor-s work and responsibility will include furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, tools and, equipmentnecessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal,State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specificationsand all other terms and conditions incorporated herein.
  Work will shall begin with in 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) being issued and must conclude 30calendar days after date of NTP.

  This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 238990, Size Standard $19,000,000. Method of Paymentunder this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor.Note: The contract award will be based on lowest total price to the Government.
