This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
2. FA468625Q0024 is issued as an RFQ.
3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03
4. This will be solicited as a Set-Aside Status: 100% Small Business set-aside, with an associated NAICS code 532490 - Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing and a small business dollar amount of S40M.
5. A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are as follows.
6. The Beale AFB Air and Space Expo requires 6,500 linear feet of bicycle style fencing for the Air and Space Expo that will be occurring from 6-8 June. The contractor shall deliver, setup and teardown all fencing unless specified otherwise in the document. The offeror shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, lodging, and transportation to and from the location required to accomplish this work unless otherwise stated herein.
7. Place of Contract Performance: Beale AFB, CA
Period of Performance: 1 June - 9 June 2025.
8. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
