SUBJECT: Request for Information (RFI) - Fencing Rentals (Beale AFB Airshow 2025)
The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 - Market Research, to determine sources capable to provide non-personal services in accordance with the attached FINAL Statement of Work (SOW). All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY and is not to be interpreted as a quote in anticipation of a future contract award. The purpose of this RFI is to query the market for potential interested, capable, responsible, and qualified sources that can provide/perform the stated requirement. Interested and/or potential sources are requested and encouraged to submit responses via to bot contact listed below. All correspondence resulting from this RFI, and relevant questions shall be sent to Teresa Perez at teresa.perez.9@us.af.mil and Lt. Joshua Sweat at joshua.sweat.2@us.af.mil. Please refer to the attachments to assist the Government in developing the acquisition strategy of this requirement.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES / GENERAL INFORMATION:
Scope. The Beale AFB (BAFB) Air and Space Expo requires 5,200 linear feet of event fencing that will double as FOD fencing as well (chain link required) during the Air and Space Expo that will be occurring from 6-8 June. The contractor shall deliver, setup and teardown all fencing. Set up for areas identified within the red boxes in the phase 1 photo will be on setup on the 5th of June and areas identified in the red boxes in the phase 2 photo will be setup on the 6th of June. All fencing must be in place by 1700 on the 6th of June. The teardown and removal of all fencing must be completed by Monday, June 9, 2025. The Contractor is required to have all equipment dismantled and fully removed from the installation site no later than 7:00 AM on the same day.
