Description
The U.S. Embassy Kyiv, Ukraine has a requirement for a firm to repair and repaint fencing at the U.S. Embassy Kyiv Compound located at 4 Ihor Sikorsky St., Kyiv, Ukraine. This construction effort is estimated to be in the range between USD 25,000.00 and USD 100,000.00 and needs to be completed within 60 calendar days. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government-s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and offers are being requested. The solicitation number is 19UP3025Q0014 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses.
All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their quote:
Be able to understand written and spoken English; Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Ukraine; Have SAM UEI number and active SAM registration (www.sam.gov). This requirement applies to the Offeror and each subcontractor. Be able to demonstrate prior construction experience with suitable references. Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work. Have all licenses and permits required by local law. Meet all local insurance requirements. Have the ability to obtain or to post adequate payment security, such as bonds, irrevocable letters of credit or guarantees issued by a reputable financial institution. Have no adverse criminal record.
