Fenwal Inc is the sole instrument manufacturer and service provider for the Amicus Maintenance service provider, proprietary parts, training, technical support, field service support, and software. Fenwal Inc does not certify third party organizations to perform service on its instrumentations in the United States. The service agreement is to provide annual and periodic preventative maintenance for six apheresis machines. The agreement covers maintenance and associated repair costs. These apheresis machines are used in that patients and/or donors are connected.
