Notice of Intent: Sole Source Award
**THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION**
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole source contract to Foster & Freeman USA Inc. located at: 20145 Ashbrook Pl Ste 190 Ashburn, Virginia 20147-3373, United States for the purchase of FFTA-System- Raman workstation system instrument.
This is not a request for competitive proposals. Potential sources who believe they can provide the service listed above are invited to submit a capability package in writing to Contract Specialist, Monica Razo-Shepherd at monica.razo-shepherd@irs.gov no later than 2:00 PM ET on Wednesday, April 02, 2025.
Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice.
