SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FORFI and ECAO Trash / Recycle ServicesThe Bureau of Reclamation, Eastern Colorado Area Office (ECAO), is seeking sources to support the completion of a trash and recycling services for the Flatiron Powerplant (FI), ECAO Area Office and Warehouse located in Loveland, CO. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTE, OR AN INVITATION FOR BIDS and does not constitute any commitment by the Government. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. All interested sources must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to the sources sought notice. The information obtained may be used for the future solicitation.BACKGROUND:The performance requirements for this acquisition requires the removal of garbage and recycle from the Area Office, Warehouse and Powerplant. This requirement also includes rental of the following dumpsters, to be provided by contractor:Location / Qty Service Occurrence • Flatiron Powerplant, 11056 W. CR 18E, Loveland, CO - Two (2), 8 yard garbage dumpsters Weekly - One (1), 8 yard mixed recycle dumpster Weekly - One (1), 30 yard container As Required• ECAO Area Office, 11056 W. CR 18E, Loveland, CO - One (1), 8 yard mixed recycle dumpster Weekly - One (1), 8 yard garbage dumpster Weekly• ECAO Warehouse, 910 Van Buren Ave, Loveland, CO - One (1), 2 cubic yard garbage dumpster Weekly - One (1), 3 cubic yard mixed recycle dumpster WeeklyThe contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, and supervision to satisfactorily perform garbage and recycle removal services as specified. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:The Government anticipates the term of the purchase order shall take place from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026, plus four 1-year option periods.
