Subject: Splicing Trailers
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is Small Business set aside under NAICS code 336214 size standard of 1000 employees. An Offeror-s submission of a quote does not constitute a contract or authorize work to begin. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in any way.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20250117.
In accordance with FAR 12.102(c), when a policy in another part is inconsistent with FAR Part 12, Part 12 shall take

Basis for Award: The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible
offeror whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on Price alone.
Price Evaluation:Price Reasonableness: Will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-3(a). The total quoted price, to include shipping costs, will be used in the price evaluation.
