Description:
The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is considering executing this effort under the FTSS V MAC. In accordance with FAR 16.505 (b)(1), NAWCTSD intends to provide fair opportunity for award of a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under FTSS V Lot 1 for MH-60R Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) and Contractor Instructional Services (CIS) at Jubail Naval Air Station, KSA. This acquisition will provide COMS for all training devices to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and operational availability. Additionally, this contract will provide CIS support to augment RSNF local and active duty instructors, with a focus on classroom and TOFT instruction. CIS instructors are expressly prohibited from performing any in-flight instruction duties. A Secret Facility Clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) access is required.
The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of two (2) months mobilization and ten (10) month base year with four (4) twelve (12) month options. Start of contractor performance (Mobilization) anticipated to be 01 July 2024. A list of FTSS V Lot 1 Points of Contact is included with this notice for possible subcontracting opportunities.
