Tender are invited for The Division of Forestry & Fire Protection (DOF) has concluded public comment and agency review and issued a final 2024 Five-Year Schedule of Timber Sales (FYSTS) for Fairbanks-Delta. The schedule includes proposed timber sales for fiscal years 2024 to 2028, per AS 38.05.113. The 2024 FYSTS is a scoping document that outlines proposed timber sale activity to be undertaken on Tanana Valley State Forest and other State land over the next five years; it is not a decision document.The final FYSTS is available at: http://forestry.alaska.gov/timber/fiveyearschedules. Physical copies are available at Area DOF offices. Individual sales may be viewed using the Alaska DNR Forestry Resources Viewer (in web browser). Instructions for the online viewer are included in the FYSTS document.The Division of Forestry (DOF) is also issuing 6 final Best Interest Findings (PBIFs) and 2 Forest Land Use Plans (FLUPs) within the Fairbanks-Delta area following public comment and Agency review.
