Tender are invited for The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) gives notice under AS 38.05.180(j) that it has issued the Final Findings and Determination (Determination) for royalty modification on five leases for Amaroq Resources, LLC (Amaroq) Nicolai Creek Unit: ADLs 17585, 17598, 63279, 391471, and 391472. Amaroq-s application was filed on September 3, 2024. DNR published its Preliminary Findings and Determination on August 5, 2025.DNR invited the public to comment on the preliminary decision for 30 days ending September 5, 2025. On August 21, 2025, DNR presented its preliminary findings to the Legislative Budget & Audit Committee of the Alaska State Legislature (Exhibit C of the Determination). No public comments were received. In accordance with AS 38.05.180(j)(11)(D), and with the Applicant-s consent, DNR will amend the applicant-s lease(s) or unitization agreement(s) consistent with this Determination.
