Tender are invited for The Commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources gives notice under 11 AAC 03.020 of the “Final Findings and Determination Regarding Royalty In-Kind Gas Sales to Cook Inlet Energy, LLC.” In this final finding, the Commissioner proposes to sell less than 1,400 Mcf/d of gas per day of the State-s Cook Inlet royalty in-kind gas to Cook Inlet Energy LLC to operate their Kustatan Production Facility. DNR found that disposition of royalty gas for an initial term of one year would relieve market conditions under 11 AAC 03.024 (1) and (3) and help to ensure continuous fuel supply to the KPF.These findings are final. The Commissioner-s Final Best Interest Finding and Determination includes the proposed sales contract, provides an analysis of its specific provisions, and how it will serve the best interests of the state under the criteria set out in AS 38.05.183 and AS 38.06.The document is attached to this notice.
