Notice of Final Request for Proposal under FTSS V MAC Lot 1Program Title: Contractor Instructional Services Naval Air Forces Atlantic Fleet (CISLANT) Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to competitively award a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under Fielded Training Systems Support (FTSS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) V Lot 1 for CISLANT in support of training devices at the sites identified as follows: 1) E-2D, E-2C, C-2, MH-60S and MH-53E at NS Norfolk; 2) F/A-18E/F at NAS Oceana; 3) P-8A, MQ-4, MH-60R, P-3C and MH-60R at NAS Jacksonville; and 4) MH-60R at NS Mayport. The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of two (2) months mobilization, one (2) two month base period, four twelve (12) month options, and on last option year of eight (8) months. Start of contractor performance (mobilization) will be 01 July 2026. This effort will be awarded under FTSS V, Lot I and is limited for Lot I vendors only. Acquisition Strategy: Competitive under MAC FTSS V Lot 1Other Information: Government Furnished Information, Historical Usage Data, Final RFP and any amendments will be provided to FTSS V MAC holders only.
