Description:
Description : The Contractor is to provide CTC with expertise, advice, representation, and assistance in forecasting the fiscal viability of HOT lanes projects from various agencies throughout California. The Contractor will review information presented in project proposal reports and related attachments and will provide CTC with an independent evaluation and report of the reasonableness of the information presented by the applicant agencies in relation to a request for CTC approval. The Contractor's report will also conclude, citing specific references and reasons, as to whether or not the proposed projects meet CTC's scope and criteria for approval, as described in the CTC's policy guidance for approval of Toll Facility Project Applications (Attachment 2). The Contractor's report will become part of CTC's work product in approving the project. A report will be required for each individual task order (i.e., project application to be evaluated
