Description:
INVITATION FOR BIDS: Sealed bids for the City of Ozark, Missouri (hereinafter "Owner") Finley River Trail, CRP 9901 (864) (hereinafter “Project”) will be received by Ozark City Hall, 205 N. 1st Street, Ozark, Missouri 65721, until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Scope of Work includes construction of a 10 foot wide ADA compliant concrete trail and ramps, pedestrian signals (RRFB), pedestrian structure, railing, creek grading, traffic control, erosion control and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. The City of Ozark anticipates issuing notice to proceed in January 2026. Bid packages will be distributed electronically via an ftp link at no cost to the bidder.
