Please see the attachment expressed as, "M-601 Addendum 1."PURPOSE. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is for the establishment of a Contract with a qualified system provider that can provide the State with maintenance, expansion, and repairs for security systems being used within the Capitol Complex.Responders must be a factory-owned branch office of the manufacturer, Honeywell, and have at least 10 years of experience installing manufacturer-s product and have fully staffed project managers, system application engineers, application engineers and technicians. Branch office must have a separate fully staffed service department.The Building Systems and Controls (BSAC) system consists of Honeywell XL5000, Comfort Point Open, and XLS3000 Systems with approximately 375 intercoms, 926 cameras, and 1262 card readers attached to satellite locations.
