Pre-Solicitation NoticeThe Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6has a need for Fire Alarm Program Maintenance. The contractor shall provide alltransportation, material, hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor,supervision, and technical expertise to provide the services. The solicitation shall beconducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.Place of Performance: Hunter Homes VA Medical Center 1201 Broad Rock Blvd.Richmond VA 23249.Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a one (1) year contract beginning in September 2025. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS is561210 (Facilities Support Service) with a size standard of $47.0 Million.
