PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE:The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Fire and Intrusion Alarm Replacement project for the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historic Site in Dayton, OH. Work will consist of Providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary for the removal of the existing fire and intrusion alarm systems from five buildings and the installation of new wireless fire and intrusion alarm systems. Work anticipated to being in June/July 2025.SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6425B0009PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $250,000 and $500,000TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by early June 2025 with performance to begin in June/July 2025.Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Montgomery County, OH will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: will be addressed in the official solicitation North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238210, and the size standard is $19.0 million. This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation.
