This is a firm-fixed price Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a commercial service to install Fire Command Build Ups to 2 fire emergency vehicles. The combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 (effective date 06-11-2025).
This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 811111, general automotive repair and the Small Business Size Standard is $9.0M. Solicitation 127EAT25Q0035 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award to outfit a fire emergency support vehicle that shall adhere to Region 5 and National Fire equipment standards.
