Description:
The Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, intends to issue a solicitation to execute development, integration, and production of Technology Insertion Hardware (TIH) for Technology Insertion TI-28, TI-30, and TI-32. TIH is the latest generation of display, processor, and network requirements in support of the Navy’s Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical System (SWFTS) family of systems required on several U.S. Navy fleet submarines, the COLLINS Class for the Royal Australian Navy (RAN), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. Equipment to be obtained under a resulting contract is used in Mission Critical/Essential Systems on board submarine platforms of different variants and configurations. Components consist of, but are not limited to, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment that is uniquely configured for the particular platform and system to satisfy workstation, processor, file server, or other network requirements.
The Government anticipates issuing an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to a single source with Contract Line Items (CLINs) for Production, Non-Recurring Engineering Services, Travel, and Data Submittals. The CLINs may include a mix of Fixed Price Incentive; Cost Plus Incentive Fee; Cost Plus Incentive Fee, Level of Effort; Cost Plus Fixed Fee; and Cost Reimbursable.
