Description:
Sarasota County is requesting quotes from bidders to provide two (2) UNIMAC 65 lb extractors.The Sarasota County Fire Department aims to provide the highest-quality services for its workforce. Each extractor will be used to clean fire department personal protective equipment and must include pre-programmed cycles for PPE gear. A satisfactory concrete base will be provided for the installation of the extractors. This quote does not include modifications to utilities or final connections to mechanicals, venting and utilities. The equipment must be in new condition and not repaired or remanufactured.The extractors will be delivered to 1805 Apex Rd, Sarasota, FL 34240. The quotes must include all programming to current NFPA standards where applicable, shipping, handling, installation and startup costs. Installation and startup will be at a later date coordinated with the vendor. The extractors must be compatible with 240V 3 Phase Electrical Service. The vendor should assume two trips to complete delivery, installation and startup. Additionally, the quotes should not include taxes, as Sarasota County is tax-exempt. A tax-exempt number will be provided upon request.
