IntroductionThe Health and Human Services Commission (“Owner”), for and on behalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division (“HSCS”), is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (“Proposals”) for selection of a General Contractor (“Contractor”) to provide general construction and construction administration services to the Owner for Project No.24-108-LFL, Fire Sprinkler System Upgrades at Lufkin State Supported Living Center(the “Project”), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation.Project Location, Summary, and BudgetProject Location:Lufkin State Supported Living Center6844 US-69Pollok, TX 75969Project Summary:The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the following:Provide complete and operational fire protection systems.
