Work Also Includes Construction Of Stormwater Management Facility And Related Appurtenances, Storm Drainage System, Multi-use Path, Sidewalk, Handicap Ramps, Roadway Striping And Signage, Sodding/grassing, Landscape, Hardscape, Irrigation, Fencing, Erosion, Sedimentation And Pollution Control, Water Main, Force Main And Gravity Sanitary Sewer Improvements (including Off-site Utilities Within St. Marys Rd.and Haddock Rd. Right Of Way). The Work Shall Also Include The Construction Of A 2.0 Mgd Potable Water Treatment Plant On A Greenfield Site, Which Includes The Following: One (1) 16" Water Supply Well With 50 Hp Vertical Turbine Well Pump; Two (2) 250,000 Gallon Domed-topped Prestressed Concrete Ground Storage Tanks With Tray Aerators; 2,150 Sf Cmu Control Building With Brick Veneer And Metal Roof; Four (4) 50 Hp Split-case High Service Pumps With Vfds; Hypochlorite Feed System; Yard Piping; Sitework; Electrical, With 250 Kw Emergency Generator; Separate Lift Station, And Controls/instrumentation/scada.
