This is an official Request for Quote (RFQ) Notice FA254325Q0013.
The U.S. Air Force 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley SFB, CO is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) to find potential vendors to provide Quartz flooring for two areas in the fire station and meet the specifications of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The government requires completely new flooring scheme for their Apparatus Bay and garage/weightroom and other concrete surfaces.
DELIVERABLES: The contractor shall deliver no more than 120 after receipt of the order. Requirement shall be delivered to Buckley Space Force Base, CO 80011; delivery address will be provided upon award.
SITE VISIT:
A site visit will be conducted on Thursday, 13 March 2025 at 10:00 PM MDT. Vendors will meet at the Buckley Fire Station, Buckley Space Force Base, CO. Interested vendors must submit an email voicing their interest and intent to attend the site visit along with the following items of information Not later than 10:00 AM MDT on Monday, 10 March 2024:
Name (last, First MI) Date of Birth (DOB) Driver-s License Number and StateIf you-re driving a vehicle on base, also include the following:
Vehicle type, Year, Make, Model Vehicle VIN# Vehicle License Plate #Everyone who attends the site visit will need to bring two forms of ID and at least one ID needs to have a photo.
Valid forms of ID are: Valid Drivers License Birth Certificate State-Issued Identification Card Student Identification Card Social Security Card Military Identification Passport or Passport Card Please be aware that a failed background check may impact your ability to access the base and attend the site visit.
