This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure Fire Vehicle Modifications Services on a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This requirement is to provide emergency vehicle modifications and alterations as requested to multiple fire engines, fire trucks, a rescue apparatus, and command support vehicles. Service for emergency vehicles shall be performed according to related National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards.
The anticipated NAICS code is 811198 All Other Automotive Repair and Maintenance and PSC Code K042 Modification of Equipment- Fire Fighting, Rescue, and Safety Equipment; Environmental Protection Equipment and Materials.
In response to this sources sought, please provide:

BPA Requirements:
USMA has a BPA requirement to provide emergency vehicle modifications and alterations as requested to multiple fire engines, fire trucks, a rescue apparatus, and command support vehicles. Service for emergency vehicles shall be performed according to related National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. These standards are NFPA 1500, NFPA 1901, NFPA 1071, NFPA 1906, NFPA 1911, and NFPA 1917. These standards will be used as a guide for inspections, repairs and practices.
