AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is Novosel_Fire_Stell_2023_002 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 with a small business size standard of 800.00 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com, will end on: 2023-06-12 13:30:00.0 Eastern Time. FOB Destination shall be Fort Novosel, AL 36362The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: 6 inch Leather fronts to be mounted to a structural firefighting helmet. Fronts will be constructed to fit a Bullard structural firefighting helmet model USTM. Fronts will include two screws to attach the front to the specified brand and model helmet. Fronts will include all mounting holes to be predrilled from the factory. Fronts shall be made of durable black leather suited for firefighting operations. Fronts shall have three printed lines of text on each front. Fronts shall include a specified medallion for each front to be determined by rank and mounted to shield.
