Description:
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Division of Fish seeks to purchase white bass fingerlings. The fish must be in healthy condition for stocking lakes in and around the Twin Cities metro area of Minnesota and are to be delivered to the DNR East Metro Fisheries facility located in St. Paul, MN. The term of this contract is anticipated to be from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional 4 years in increments determined by the State. QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to John H. Roth, via email at john.h.roth@state.mn.us by March 14, 2025, no later than 3:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
