Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA281625Q0006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.
The requirment has been set-aside for 100% Small Business and the associated NAICS code is 811310 and the small business size standard is $12.5M.
Attached is the Fitness Center Equipment Maintenance Performance Statement (PWS). The PWS includes the applicable Appendicies, along with the CLIN structure, detailing the Government's requirement for Fitness Center Equipment Maintenance is attached as an Adobe PDF document.
The period of perfromance will be base year + four 1 year options.
You have no later than 16 May at Noon PDT to submit any additional questions.
