This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is 37380PR250000037 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2025-03 Effective: 01/17/2025.

The USCG has a requirement for Fitness Memberships for approximately eight (8) USCG personnel stationed at Marine Safety Unit (MSU) Homer, Alaska. Specific requirements can be found in the Statement of Work.The period of performance for this requirement will be one base year, from 1 Apr 2025 - 31 Mar 2026, and two 1-year option periods. If all options are exercised, the period of performance will be completed on 31 Mar 2028.
