This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is 37380PR250000038 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

USCG Valdez has a requirement for Fitness Memberships for USCG personnel stationed in Valdez, Alaska. The period of performance for this requirement will be one base year, from 1 Apr 2025 - 31 Mar 2026, and two 1-year option periods. If all options are exercised, the period of performance will be completed on 31 Mar 2028. The Statement of Work is attached. The CLIN Structure for invoicing shall be the number of actual users per month times a fixed monthly cost per member. Quotes shall contain a fixed monthly cost per member.
FAR Provisions 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 apply to this acquisition. Evaluation criteria is lowest price technically acceptable. A complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, must be completed in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission.
