This is a sole source notice of intent and is not a request for proposals or quotations. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice.
DoDEA requires annual site licenses, maintenance and support for our physical fitness assessment program. The annual maintenance and support is for 160 brick-and-mortar schools and DoDEA-s Virtual High School.
DoDEA intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract pursuant to FAR 13.501(a), a sole source acquisition under the authority of the special program for commercial supplies or services. Only one responsible entity can meet DoDEA-s requirements, and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency-s requirements. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order contract. The period of performance will consist of a 1 year base and (4) 12 month Option Years.
