- The Office of the Treasurer & Tax Collector (TTX) manages a short-term fixed income portfolio (the “Pooled Fund”) that has grown from $3.4 billion in 2007 to $16+ billion in 2024 and is expected to remain between $16 billion and $17 billion through fiscal year 2024-2025. TTX is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide full service fixed income custody services. Proposers should provide a full-service custody platform for short-term fixed income securities for the “Pooled Fund” including sub and separate accounts.
