A draft of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this notice.Brief Description of ServicesFixed-wing air ambulance services for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). Air ambulance flights are expected to be one-way Trips (patient leg only) if the authorized beneficiary is transferred to another VA facility. If return Air Ambulance service would be required, it would be the responsibility of the sending VA medical center to provide this under their current contracts.
