One FLAIM Trainer Plus V2 system includes an SCBA backpack with controller, HTC VIVEPRO VR headset, patentedforce feedback hose reel, TFT nozzle, full face mask breathing apparatus, fire proximity heat suit, cables, system peripheralsand batteries: 2 Milwaukee M12 batteries, 3 Milwaukee M18 batteries and 1 Milwaukee Fast Charger. The system is deliveredin 3 ruggedized transport cases. System includes 1-year system subscription license, full system warranty, technical support,system upgrades and access to expanding scenario library. Includes training and delivery. This is a stand-alone unit and doesnot integrate into the DoD domain, or equal to the salient characteristics.

52.232-18 Availability of Funds.Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon theavailability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of theGovernment for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and untilthe Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
