- The successful bidder (Contractor) shall be required to furnish allresources, services, labor, material, equipment, and supplies necessary andrequired to supply, deliver, install, train and set in place (F.O.BDestination, Prepaid and Allowed)Two (2)Flight Training Devices (FTD) representing a Cirrus Trac 20 or SR20 aircraft. TheFTD must be built in accordance with current FAA standards and be issued or inthe process of receiving a FAA Letter of Approval permitting its use as anAdvanced Aviation Training Device (AATD).as describedbelow, in accordance with the general terms and conditions and requirements setforth in this Solicitation. TSU desires two Flight Training Devices (FTD) thatwill meet the following requirements and specifications.
